Clara Baldwin, the founder of Peace Over Pieces, is an entrepreneur and marketing expert with a deep-rooted passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others. Her personal journey as a survivor of abuse during her formative years has fueled her commitment to helping those affected by domestic violence find healing and support.
Clara’s entrepreneurial spirit and determination began to blossom during her teenage years when she successfully launched her first business, a drop shipping startup. This early experience ignited her passion for entrepreneurship and motivated her to pursue a career focused on making a difference. She went on to attend Westminster College, where she earned a degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship with an emphasis in Computer Science. Clara’s thirst for knowledge led her to obtain certifications in SEO, digital marketing, advertisement, and analytics across multiple platforms.
Driven by her desire to use her skills for the greater good, Clara founded Ground Plan Studio Marketing, a national digital agency that provides a wide range of services, including SEO, graphic design, business strategy, lead generation, and online presence development. Through her agency, Clara has worked with numerous clients, from startups to Fortune 500 companies, celebrities, and athletes, managing over 100+ campaigns. Her dedication and expertise have earned her a reputation as a trusted and accomplished marketing professional.

Clara’s personal experience with abuse gives her a unique perspective and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by survivors. Her ultimate goal is to continue utilizing her passions and skills to empower clients in the marketing and business realms while making a lasting difference in the lives of domestic violence survivors.
With her recent projects, including the launch of Cure Medical Marketing, a digital agency serving the medical industry nationally, and the release of an anthology book on Amazon for domestic abuse survivor donations, Clara continues to expand her impact and extend her reach.
